Shri Gujarati Pragati Samaj

In the year 1930 the Gujarati free school was started with a view to impart free education. it was a great achievement considering the fact that under British Government in those days it was very difficult to get permission to start a school.

Pragati Mahavidyalaya Degree College was started by Shri Gujarati Pragati Samaj, Hyderabad. The Samaj was established in the year 1943 with a noble intention to render educational, humanitarian and social service to people in various walks of life.
